Canterbury Safety Charter Incorporated (CSC) host organisation of the Future of Health & Safety Conference.


Conditions of Entry

The following conditions apply to all attendees:

All persons are required to register. Full payment is required before a ticket will be issued. Canterbury Safety Charter (CSC) will record all attendees’ details in order to produce a badge, generate statistics and provide mail information for future marketing purposes.

Inappropriate Behaviour

Inappropriate behaviour, sexual harassment or bullying will not be tolerated, and offending individuals will be asked to leave the MSW Conference.

Health & Safety

All persons entering the MSW Conference are expected to act in a safe manner and abide by relevant health and safety legislation. It is expected that all attendees will report any potentially unsafe conditions immediately to a member of CSC or venue staff. It is expected that all attendees will follow directions of CSC or venue staff as requested.

Photos & Video

By entering the Conference attendees may be filmed or photographed by the CSC.  These films or photographs may be used in future marketing promotions by CSC.

No attendee is permitted to photograph or film any presentation or material provided at the Conference without prior permission.

FHS Conference Registration Fee includes – admission to all conference sessions, lunch, morning and afternoon teas.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • All cancellations and substitutions must be in writing to info@safetycharter.org.nz, the following cancellation schedule applies:
  • Cancellations received on or before 1st June 2024 will be charged an administration fee of $120 +gst.
  • Cancellations received between 1st June – 24th June 2024 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee paid.
  • No refund will be given for registrations cancellations after 30th June 2024, including ‘no shows’ at the conference.
  • Final date for substitutions will be 30th June 2024.
  • Refund requests will be processed following the conference. Refunds will be transferred by internet banking to a nominated bank account or where available the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the tickets.
