Mariana is a civil and structural engineer with a post graduate diploma in Health and Safety Engineering. Current she is working as a BIM specialist Design Manager with Naylor Love Construction, and has been involved in several large-scale projects, including Taranaki Base Hospital, the CDC data centre in Silverdale, as well as the ACC Otepoti Building.

Mariana excels in stakeholder engagement, fostering productive relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project life cycle. She brings teams together to ensure that all activities align meticulously with specifications, quality benchmarks and safety standards.
